We offer Free Worldwide Tracked* Shipping on all (recurring) subscription orders and orders over 50 euro. 

The flat worldwide shipping cost for 'buy once' orders under 50,- euro is € 4,95.

Your order is processed and fulfilled in the Netherlands and one of our carefully selected carriers will ensure your order is delivered successfully.

We dispatch all orders almost instantly from when the order was placed and fulfill orders 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Estimated Delivery Times:

Europe:                    2 to 5 business days
Worldwide:              10 to 14 business days
The Netherlands:      1 to 2 business days

After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a link to your personal Track and Trace page, where you can track your order.

Important information about your order

Please note

1.Please note: The delivery times mentioned above are only an estimate, and may vary between countries. Although we do ship as fast as possible, we too are dependent on local mail distribution.
2. As the recipient, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. The shipping address must be written in English and without accent marks on letters. If an incorrect address is provided, a reshipping fee will be charged in case of a redelivery.
3. Currently we do not ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, South Africa, South Africa, Syria, and Yemen*

*BLENDED [RITUAL] aims to offer the best service possible. We do not use local postal companies that do not meet our standards. Unfortunately, we have found that our packages are delivered to the above-mentioned countries with unacceptable delays or are not delivered at all. Therefore, these countries are currently excluded from shipment.

Returns

Returns are always possible up to 14 days after the receipt of your order. The purchase amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days after the receipt of the return. Note: We only accept unopened BLENDED [RITUAL] packages.

Returning in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Complete the return form

Download the return form here

Step 2: Send the order to us

Send the package including the completed return form to the address on the return form. Please note that, as the sender, you are responsible for the shipment. It is important to ship a return with a Track and Trace code, to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: The amount is credited to your bank account

As soon as we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 7 business days.

You will be refunded the same way you paid. This is an automated process and can't be changed.
